I have lived in Cabot all my life, but have never been to the local "Silver Screen" theater because I am more into the big city experience of theaters.

So bottom line, if you want the same great quality of The Rave or Chenal 9, but don't want to pay 15 dollars for a ticket plus gas money, Silver Screen is the only way to go. The negatives: you miss out on all the "sight seeing" you experience when driving all the way to Little Rock everytime you want to see a digital 3D movie. The positives: tickets are cheaper, concession is cheaper, the 3D quality is just as good if not better, you don't have to deal with all the teenage punks that have nothing better to do with their lives and their parents don't care so they hang out at the rave all hours of the night. But recently I had read in the newspaper that Silver Screen had upgraded to top of the line 3D projecters, completely remodeled the theaters with high back chairs and stadium seating so I decided to give it a shot. I like flashy special effects, in your face 3D, so I always went to the Rave or Chenal 9 in Little Rock. The management is very rude and obviously uneducated and they know no meaning of "the customer is always right." I will drive to Little Rock from now on where businesses know that customer satisfaction is the most important. This theater is over priced and isn't even that nice of a theater. She then told me I was welcome to call customer service and then walked away.

I then proceeded to explain to her that sometimes kids purchase tickets to a PG movie and sneak into rated R movies that their parents won't let them see. She replied by saying they do not sell more tickets than there are seats for.

I mentioned to her that it was not my fault the theater was full and that I had arrived in plenty of time to get a seat. She said they did not refund or exchange tickets and if I wanted to see the later movie, I would have to purchase another ticket. I asked the manager if I could swap my ticket out for the later showing. Upon walking into the theater I noticed that the seats were full. I bought tickets to see the movie "The Devil Inside" 30 minutes before it started. This movie theater is the worst movie theater I have ever been to.
